creation of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, event assets.\nCollaborate with Creative Direction, Senior designers, and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling designs. \nDevelop visual assets for athlete partnerships, race team promotions, and event campaigns.\nEdit and retouch product and lifestyle photography to align with brand standards.\nPrepare artwork for both print and digital applications, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.\nContribute creative ideas for campaigns and content that reflect the motocross lifestyle and Alpinestars’ brand identity and lifestyle.\nMaintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.\n1-2 years of professional design experience (internships and freelance work considered).\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nStrong layout, typography, and image composition skills.\nPassion for motocross and motorsports culture is a plus.\nAbility to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).\nFamiliarity with social media content formats and trends.\nPhotography skills a plus.\nKnowledge of print production
