Business Development Activities\nSupport on own PV asset management activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.\nOversee PV hybridization-related activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as required (including supervision of external permitting activities, business case and internal preparation for construction)\nSupport on identification of BD opportunities in the energy storage sector in Spain\n2. PHS Commercial & Project Management Support\ni. Commercial Coordination & Documentation\nManage internal and external project documentation.\nOrganize project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), executive summaries, and action trackers.\nSupport commercial negotiations and stakeholder communications through accurate documentation and follow-up.\nii. Financial & Controlling Coordination\nSupport coordination between Treasury and Project Controlling functions, facilitating information flow and alignment.\nAssist in resolving financial and reporting discrepancies across project stakeholders.\niii. Project Reporting\nPrepare and maintain regular project management reports, including:\nProject Weekly Meetings Report.\nResource and personnel controlling reports, including hours tracking and site presence monitoring.\nGather treasury and cash flow reports, as well as budget reports and ensure consistency.\nConsolidate project information for management reviews and decision-making processes.\niv. Funding & Regulatory Support\nSupport the preparation and submission of CEF (Connecting Europe Facility) funding applications.\nCoordinate required documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder inputs for submissions.\nv. Administrative Support\nProvide local administrative support for project activities.\nCoordinate logistics, documentation management, and local stakeholder interactions.\nSupport procurement, contract administration, and other operational requirements as needed.\nYour profile\nMaster's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Energy Management, Finance, or a related field is required.\nStrong commercial mindset with demonstrated interest in business development, project development and strategic project management.\n2-5 years of experience in business development, project management, commercial roles, consulting, infrastructure, renewable energy, or energy transition projects.\nProven ability to analyze business opportunities, develop commercial proposals, and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong understanding of energy and power markets\nStrong understanding of project controls, budget management, treasury coordination, and reporting processes.\nExperience preparing executive reports, meeting documentation, and stakeholder communications.\nKnowledge of European funding programs (CEF or similar) is highly desirable.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively across
