Define, maintain and continuously improve technical OT cybersecurity measures to reduce operational risks, strengthen asset resilience and help increase security maturity across Alpiq, its affiliated companies and its partners.\n\nPosition characteristics\nOperational role in administering, monitoring and maintaining OT infrastructure, including direct responsibility for managing network security equipment.\nExpert role in cybersecurity for critical OT and industrial environments.\nMaintain and develop OT network architecture, segmentation, configurations and associated documentation.\nContribute to projects, audits and improvement initiatives, acting as a technical expert for sites and partners.\nParticipate in the on-call service to ensure the continuity and resilience of critical OT environments.\nCollaborate with OT, IT, cybersecurity and operations teams.\nYour main responsibilities\n Security equipment management (firewalls, PAM, threat detection, SIEM, etc.) Administer, configure and maintain the equipment. Design filtering rules, analyse flows, approve communication openings and perform periodic reviews in accordance with segmentation and defence-in-depth principles. Analyse and address alerts generated by this equipment, as well as SOC alerts.\nIT for OT systems management Administer, configure and maintain Windows- and Linux-based systems and appliances.\nNetwork architecture and segmentation Contribute to defining and developing OT network security architectures, trust zones and interconnections with IT environments and partners.\nOT governance and cybersecurity Define, implement and maintain cybersecurity measures applicable to OT infrastructure. Contribute to standards, directives, risk assessments and remediation plans.\nSupport for partner companies: Advise and support Alpiq’s partner companies in securing their OT environments.\nSecurity maturity Contribute to maturity assessments, audits and the monitoring of measures designed to sustainably strengthen the security level of industrial infrastructure.\nExpertise and incident response Provide expert support to projects and operations, participate in security incident analysis, and contribute to technical investigations and corrective actions.\nDocumentation and continuous improvement Maintain documentation for architectures, configurations, filtering rules and procedures. Keep abreast of threats, technologies and industrial security frameworks.\n24/7 on-call service Participate in the on-call service for IT for OT, Facility Management and OT security.\nYour impact\nBy strengthening the security, resilience and maturity of Alpiq’s OT environments, this position helps safeguard business continuity, support operational excellence and protect critical energy assets from evolving cyber threats.\nYour profile\nHigher education in IT, networks, telecommunications, cybersecurity or an equivalent field.\n5 years experience in OT cybersecurity and firewall administration.\nKnowledge of critical infrastructure and industrial or hydropower environments is an advantage.\nExperience in consulting, supporting partners or assessing security
