years of progressive hands-on experience in construction, site engineering, or related roles, with proven involvement across project execution stages.\n\nStrong knowledge of engineering and construction practices, including site supervision, project management, quality control, and health & safety regulations.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD, blueprint reading, structural analysis, materials management, and MEP systems, with the ability to address technical site challenges.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and coordination skills, with the ability to take ownership and perform effectively in a fast-paced construction
