PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:
Análisis de muestras, evaluación de datos basados en el aseguramiento y control de la calidad garantizando resultados confiables.
Evaluación estadística, redacción de Informes de Validación y Verificación de métodos de ensayo.
Revisión de consistencia de resultados analíticos.
RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:
- Analizar las muestras de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos, preparar la muestra, realizar los controles por cada lote de muestras, para asegurar la calidad de los resultados.
- Mantener los registros actualizados del laboratorio a fin de cumplir con los estándares de calidad.
- Evaluar y verificar los resultados obtenidos de los análisis, para garantizar datos consistentes antes de su reporte y registro en el sistema MY LIMS.
- Participar en la implementación y/o validación de metodologías de análisis requeridas por el laboratorio a fin de ampliar la oferta de análisis.
- Capacitar y entrenar a los analistas III, auxiliares y practicantes para un correcto desempeño de las funciones asignadas.
- Realizar el mantenimiento y la verificación a nivel usuario de los materiales y/o equipos no instrumentales de acuerdo a lo programado por el Laboratorio a fin de asegurar el buen funcionamiento de estos.
- Informar sobre los inconvenientes que se presenten dentro del análisis con la finalidad de toma de opciones correctivas o preventivas para garantizar el cumplimiento del proceso.
- Participar en el análisis de causa para el sustento de la queja a fin de cumplir con el SGI.
- Otras funciones que le sean requeridos por su jefatura inmediata.
