- Elaborar, revisar, controlar e arquivar documentos, procedimentos, formulários e registros do SGQ, ISO 17025 e BPL.
- Controlar equipamentos, certificados, calibrações, qualificações e manutenções, acompanhando prestadores de serviços.
- Apoiar auditorias, inspeções, tratamento de não conformidades, reclamações, planos de ação e oportunidades de melhoria.
- Acompanhar a qualificação e atualização de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços.
- Monitorar treinamentos, avaliar sua eficácia e realizar integrações e capacitações, quando aplicável.
- Acompanhar licenças, alvarás, certificações e documentação regulatória, prestando suporte ao time comercial e aos clientes.
- Elaborar relatórios de reagentes controlados pelos órgãos reguladores.
- Planejar e acompanhar Ensaios de Proficiência, incluindo recebimento de amostras, envio de resultados e tratamento de resultados não conformes.
- Apoiar atividades do SGQ, como controle de mudanças, gerenciamento de riscos, monitoramento microbiológico e conferência de relatórios, OOS e OOT.
