Central Administration\n·Administer and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.\n·Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and specifications, business process requirements, and system solutions.\nReview current business processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, efficiency, and reporting through Business Central capabilities.\nRecommend enhancements and optimization opportunities aligned with business needs and best practices.\nSupport change management activities associated with system improvements, new processes, and functional enhancements.\nUser Support and Training\nAct as a primary point of contact for Business Central functional support across the organization.\nTroubleshoot system-related and functional issues, providing timely resolution or coordinating escalation where required.\nSupport users with day-to-day queries, issue investigation, and resolution to maintain business continuity.\nDevelop and deliver user training, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge materials.\nAssist users during system changes, feature rollouts, and adoption initiatives to promote effective and compliant system usage.\nReporting and Data Analysis\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational visibility and business decision-making.\nAnalyze data trends, business performance, and operational issues to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.\nWork with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting needs, and data requirements.\nPromote data accuracy, consistency, and quality within Business Central and related reporting outputs.\nTesting and Implementation Support\nParticipate in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and related business initiatives.\nPrepare test scripts, support test planning, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate outcomes against requirements.\nSupport deployment activities and post-implementation review to ensure successful transition into business operations.\nAssist in coordinating third-party integrations and associated business processes to ensure effective end-to-end functionality.\nStakeholder Engagement and Communication\nBuild effective working relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to support collaboration and solution delivery.\nAct as a liaison between functional users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of business needs, priorities, and
