The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies.\nHourly Rate: $24-$26\nThe Study Coordinator will be responsible for:\nPlans, develops, and coordinates the safety and efficacy research studies under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and in accordance to protocol, company SOP’s and Good Clinical Practices.\nDuties include but not limited to:\nThe Study Coordinator has the following duties:\nParticipates and coordinates the planning, development and implementation of clinical protocols, logistical procedures, and operating systems in accordance with parameters set out by the study sponsor and Principal Investigator.\nSupervises, evaluates, and coordinates the activities of a team of Clinical Research Assistants; ensures that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with Company SOP's and guidelines of Good Clinical Practices.\nOversees the planning, scheduling, and carrying out of day-to-day clinical activities, maximizing on study workflow, and associated availability of research subjects.\nWorks closely with Recruitment Department ensuring specific research subject entrance criteria is observed prior to conducting study.\nMonitors test subjects’ response to treatment and communicates study data and results to investigators in a timely fashion.\nWorks in conjunction with Clinical Management on generation of protocols, interim reports, and final reports for Company sponsors.\nOrder and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies\nOther duties as assigned.\nAbout you:\nBachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred.\n1 - 2 years’ experience in clinical industry experience (substitute for BS or BA).\nWorking conditions:\nSitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours per business day\nMust be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch frequently while performing the duties of this position\nMust be able to lift (with both hands) and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move heavier loads with assistance\nMust be able to interact and communicate effectively with panelist\nWorking at ALS\nOur people are our most valuable asset and drive our success at ALS.\nWe are a diverse community of dedicated professionals united by our passion to make a difference in the world.
