This is an ideal opportunity for a supervisor or team leader from hospitality, retail, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or another fast-paced service environment who is ready for a fresh challenge.\nYou do not need laboratory or warehouse experience to apply. We’ll provide the training you need to understand our processes and products. What matters most is your ability to lead a team, keep work flowing, maintain high standards and make sure customers receive what they need, every time, on time.\nThis is apermanent, fulltime position, Monday-Friday 7:30am - 3:45pm.\nThe Day to Day\nYou’ll lead a small team responsible for preparing and dispatching containers and sample kits used by our clients. It’s a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You will:\nLead by example, coach and support a small team to deliver their best work. \nPlan daily workloads and allocate tasks to keep operations running smoothly. \nMake sure containers and sample kits are prepared, labelled and dispatched accurately and on time. \nMonitor stock levels, order supplies and keep the workspace organised. \nHelp solve day-to-day problems, improve processes and maintain a positive team environment. \nEnsure safe, efficient and high-quality ways of working. \nThe Essentials\nIf you can motivate people, manage competing priorities and take pride in getting the details right, we’d like to hear from you.
