The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex issues, understand dependencies across connected enterprise systems, and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.\nThis role is available to be based anywhere in North America, provided the employee is based in a province or state where ALS operates.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nTechnical Solution Delivery\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical designs. \nBuild and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud technical solutions, including integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration processes. \nEnsure all customizations follow Oracle Cloud best practices and remain upgrade safe. \nParticipate in full lifecycle implementations, enhancements, testing, releases, and support activities. \nApply structured analysis and problem-solving where requirements, causes, or solutions are not immediately clear. \nWork within Agile and software development life-cycle practices, including sprints, epics, user stories, estimation, backlog management, testing, release activities, and Scrum calls. \nIntegration Architecture & Support\nOwn end-to-end integration flows between Fusion Cloud and external systems. \nDevelop and support integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, file-based interfaces, and secure data-exchange methods. \nUnderstand connected cloud, identity, and enterprise-system dependencies in order to build and support the required Oracle-side functionality. \nSupport Oracle solutions that interact with services such as Azure Function Apps, Entra ID, and Active Directory; coordinate platform configuration with the appropriate technical owners. \nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures in OIC, ATP, Fusion, and connected environments. \nMaintain integration documentation, mapping sheets, technical designs, and support guides. \nReporting & Data Management\nDeliver operational, analytical, and statutory reports using Fusion reporting tools. \nManage data migration activities using FBDI, ADFdi, and BICC. \nEnsure data accuracy, reconciliation, validation, audit compliance, and appropriate error handling. \nInvestigate data and process issues across source systems, integrations, and Fusion Cloud; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. \nCloud Infrastructure & Security\nWork with OCI services such as Object Storage, Functions, API Gateway, and Logging. \nSupport security configurations including OAuth, certificates, confidential applications, roles, permissions, and secure credentials. \nUnderstand authentication, authorization, an identity dependencies relevant to Oracle integrations and automation scenarios. \nEnsure compliance with organizational and cloud security standards. \nCross Functional Collaboration\nPartner with functional consultants, business users, project managers, and technical teams. \nProvide technical guidance, impact analysis, effort estimates, options, and recommendations. \nUse Excel, PowerPoint, and technical documentation tools to analyse information and present findings to technical and business audiences. \nParticipate in design workshops, testing cycles, Agile development, and production cutovers. \nCommunicate progress, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and blockers in a timely manner. \nProduction Support & Continuous Improvement\nManage assigned incidents, service requests, defects, and delivery tasks, maintaining clear status updates, analysis, resolution notes, and supporting documentation. \nProvide L2/L3 support for technical issues across integrations, reports, extensions, and related Oracle services. \nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes. \nInvestigate ambiguous technical issues and provide clear findings, options, and evidence-based recommendations. \nIdentify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement. \nUse approved company AI/LLM tools responsibly and effectively to support analysis, documentation, development, and productivity. \nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nStrong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical development. \nExpertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and cloud adapters. \nProficiency in PL/SQL programming and UNIX/Linux scripting. \nSolid knowledge of Oracle ATP / Autonomous AI Database administration and optimization. \nExperience with REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP or FTP integrations, and FBDI processes. \nStrong background in reporting tools: BIP, OTBI, and BICC. \nFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. \nWorking knowledge of enterprise integrations, secure authentication, and identity/access concepts, including Entra ID and Active Directory dependencies. \nWorking knowledge of Agile and SDLC practices, including sprints, epics, user stories, estimation, backlog management, testing and release activities. \nAbility to investigate complex or unclear issues, analyse technical evidence, and provide sound recommendations. \nAbility to use Excel, PowerPoint, and technical documentation tools to analyse and communicate information clearly. \nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. \n3+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to enterprise applications.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical development. \nExperience supporting technical solutions across integrations, reporting, data migration, incident investigation, and enterprise application support. \nOracle certifications such as: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certification, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Specialist Certifications, Oracle Autonomous Database Certification \nOur benefits include:\nFor roles based in Canada, the estimated annual salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 CAD at the time of posting.
