Project Manager Location: ALS Environmental - Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Reports to: Client services manager, Saskatoon Shift: Monday to Friday: 7.5Hr/ Overtime and weekend emergency coverage is required. About the Position This position requires dealing with incoming client calls and emails, assisting clients with data and logistical questions and concerns, and dealing with emergency client requests. Business development makes up 10% time, in keeping with ALS Experience requirements and 20/20/20 directive. Specific Responsibilities Act as a contact for clients (via phone, email, fax or other media) and manage own client portfolio; Coordinate medium and large client accounts and profiles as designated by the Client Services Manager and acting as regional PM on some National client accounts; Ensure that client communications are returned promptly, as specified in customer service manual guidelines or as determined by local management; Review client chain of custody forms; Review and approve data reports
