This role serves as a key link between sales, clients, operations, laboratory teams, clinic operations, and finance to help keep opportunities moving efficiently and deliver a high-quality client experience. It also contributes to process improvements, reporting, and operational tracking that support team effectiveness and commercial growth.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in sales support, customer service, business operations, or administrative coordination. Strong communication skills, advanced Excel capability, and CRM experience are important, with Salesforce preferred.
