This is an excellent opportunity to begin or grow your career in a laboratory environment while working as part of a supportive and safety-focused team.\nWhat you’ll do\nSample Processing:\nRinging, sieving (including International Soils), crushing and splitting samples under supervision\nLoad and unload drying oven\nLaboratory Operations & Maintenance\nMaintain accurate production logs and following established procedures to ensure quality cand consistency\nPerform general leaning duties to support lab cleanliness and assist with layout tasks as needed\nSafety & Compliance\nAlways Complying with ALS safety standards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat you bring\nCore Qualifications\nStrong hand eye coordination and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nBasic alphanumeric comprehension\nBasic English communication skills (written and verbal)\nGood Organizational habits and strong reliability\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs\nManual dexterity for repetitive tasks\nAbility to stand for a full shift\nAbility to be clean shaven to ensure proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) fit\nAbility to wear PPE such as dust masks and gloves\nOccasional desk-based tasks\nOur benefits include:\nAn estimated hourly pay of $22.77 CAD at the time of posting.
