Por isso, aqui você vai encontrar pessoas de diferentes lugares, histórias, mas que acreditam na importância da união e no poder do apoio e do acolhimento.\nResponsabilidades e atribuições:\nSuporte aos colaboradores através de atendimento remoto ou presencial, sempre de forma cordial, e realizando o registro da atividade através da ferramenta de chamado; \nControlar as licenças de softwares; \nRealizar manutenção da rede; \nRealizar manutenção de software, hardware e limpeza interna dos computadores, celulares, tablets e relacionados;\nVerificar performance de equipamentos;\nGestão de usuários utilizando o AD, permissões de acesso, grupos, impressão, câmeras e senhas;\nSuporte as ferramentas do Office 365, como Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel entre outras;\nBuscar novas soluções em tecnologia da informação para empresa;\nManter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado;\nMinistrar treinamento em assuntos do dia a dia do TI;\nAuxiliar na execução de planos de manutenção executo pelo time de TI;\nElaborar, atualizar e manter a documentação técnica necessária par aa operação e manutenção do processos de TI.\nAuxiliar no transporte de impressoras e equipamentos de informática (capacidade de carregar até 40 kg)\nRequisitos e qualificações:\nPara atuar como Técnico de Informática esperamos que você tenha os seguintes requisitos básicos:\nExperiência na área como Técnico de Informática;\nTer conhecimento do AD e Office 365;\nConsideramos um diferencial se você possuir:\nTécnico em Informática concluído ou Graduação em andamento em Sistemas de informação e correlatas;\nInglês intermediário\nWorking at ALS\nThe ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.\nOur values are important to us, and shape how we work, how we treat each other and how we recognise excellence.\nAt ALS, you’ll be supported to develop new skills and reach your full potential.
