Galway. We are currently seeking applications for a Work Order Entry (WOE) Assistant to join our Work Order Entry Department. Duties / Responsibilities (non-exhaustive list): Enter samples on GEMs, which consists of writing, checking and submitting work order. Details may need to be clarified with the client, Regional Technical Manager, Operations Manager or Front Office, such as analysis, price, inconsistences in sample lists and instructions. Ensure WO’s are written up promptly, and that adequate WO’s and weighing/digestion sheets are available for all shifts. Assist Management of the organization in achieving targets as regards to quality of the WOE work and TAT. Work with sample prep and weighing room in relation to sample schedules.
