This is a field-based, customer-facing role that works closely with and reports to the Market Manager to bring ALSO to life through mobile demos, retail experiences, and community activations. You’ll be on the front lines-introducing customers to our vehicles, delivering exceptional experiences, and helping build the foundation of ALSO’s presence in Miami.\nThis role is ideal for someone who is energetic, people-oriented, and excited to be part of an early-stage brand with room to grow.\nWhat You Will Do\nCustomer Experience & Sales Support\nDeliver engaging, high-quality customer experiences in both mobile and fixed retail environments.\n\nEducate customers on ALSO vehicles, features, and benefits, guiding them through demo rides and early purchase consideration.\n\nSupport local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales.\n\nShare customer feedback and insights with the Market Manager to improve execution and experiences.\n\nMobile Demo & Event Support\nAssist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and local activation events, including driving the custom Rivian EV van to/from events.\n\nSafely operate and maintain the local demo fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, charged, and customer-ready.\n\nRepresent ALSO at community events, pop-ups, and partner activations.\n\nRetail Store Operations (in applicable markets, over time)\nSupport daily retail hub operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and general upkeep.\n\nDeliver best-in-class customer service and demonstrate active selling skills.\n\nHelp create a welcoming, on-brand environment that reflects ALSO’s premium and playful ethos.\n\nOperational Support\nFollow operational, safety, and compliance processes as directed by the Market Manager and/or Market Coordinator.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\n1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.\n\nA positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed - you actively engage in your professional development.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills-you enjoy talking to people, telling a compelling story, and actively selling products and services.\n\nAbility to work in a dynamic, field-based environment, including weekends and events - you have a flexible work style and enjoy variety in your work schedule.\n\nInterest in cycling, electric vehicles and/or innovative consumer brands - your enthusiasm for our brand is infectious!\n\nAbility to work collaboratively while also taking direction and feedback well - you are a charismatic and fun team player!\n\nA strong connection to, knowledge of and comfort riding a bike in Miami is a plus!\n\nQualify as an authorized driver, meaning you are at least 21 years of age, have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of three (3) years of licensed driving experience, and can successfully complete a background screening and motor vehicle review - because you’ll be driving our demo van and fleet of bikes to meet customers where they like to ride!\n\nThis position offers an hourly pay rate of $20.00 per hour and is eligible to participate in the sales incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This role is expected to work approximately 20-24 hours per week.
