Responsibilities:\n\nProject Engineering & Execution\nPlan, coordinate, and manage mechanical engineering works for assigned projects from design to completion.\nSupport overall project engineering activities, including scheduling, technical submissions, andprogress monitoring.\nCoordinate with project managers,site teams, safety team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smoothproject execution.\nEnsure works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and localregulations.\nChillers & Cooling Towers \nDesign, review, and coordinate chiller plants and cooling tower systems, including associated pumps, piping, and accessories.\nEnsure system designs meet performance, safety, and energy efficiency requirements.\nProvide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of chiller and cooling tower systems.\nTroubleshoot technical and operational issues related to chillers, cooling towers, and associatedmechanical systems.\nPrepare bill of materials, design calculations, and equipment schedules.\nEndure designs meet performance,reliability, and cost effectiveness criteria.\nPrepare clear technical documentation and reports.\nDrawings & Technical Documentation\nPrepare, review, and coordinate mechanical drawings (shop drawings, as-built drawings, schematics, SLD andisometric drawings).\nEnsure drawings are accurate, compliant with design intent, and aligned with project requirements.\nLiaise with drafting teams and consultants to resolve design discrepancies and technical queries.\nPrepare and review technical submissions, method statements, and engineering calculations.\nCoordination & Compliance\nAttend project meetings, site inspections, and technical discussions as required\nCoordinate with other disciplines(electrical, civil, architectural) to ensure proper system integration.\nEnsure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements (e.g. BCA, NEA, SCDF, whereapplicable).\nSupport testing, commissioning, and documentation for project completion and handover.\nRequirements:\nDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical / chiller plant or cooling tower projects.\nStrong knowledge of chillers,cooling towers, pumps, and piping systems.\nProficient in reading and preparing mechanical drawings (Revit MEP, AutoCAD or equivalent).\nFamiliar with project engineering workflows and site-based execution.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nGood teamwork and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.\nProven ability to deliver accurate design documentation.\nSkills\nTroubleshooting, Construction, Attention to Detail, Technical
