You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.\nYou'll play a crucial role in defining, developing, managing, and sustaining AI models to meet project and customer needs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as software development, data engineering, and project management), collaborate with domain experts to understand requirements and data characteristics, and research new methods to enhance the robustness and trustworthiness of AI/ML algorithms, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of designing, building, and maintaining AI/ML models, but also supporting the industrialization of AI solutions and contributing to the AI community through publications and projects.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nCollecting, transforming, and exploring data from diverse sources to prepare it for model construction\n\nIdentifying biases or flaws in datasets and ensuring training/validation design aligns with operational needs\n\nCollaborating with domain experts to understand product specifics and data characteristics\n\nDesigning and implementing AI/ML models to automate and enhance operational efficiency\n\nResearching new methods to improve AI robustness, explainability, and trustworthiness\n\nShowcasing AI capabilities through prototypes, presentations, dashboards, and technical reports\n\nCollaborating with external partners to evaluate new mathematical approaches and AI technologies\n\nSupporting software development teams in industrializing AI solutions\n\nPlanning and executing AI training sessions\n\nParticipating in conferences and contributing to the AI community\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
