Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\nCould you be the full-time Bid Planner based in Västerås we’re looking for?\nYour future role\nGet onboard and apply your Planning expertise within Project Planning team, and strengthen Alstom Product Development!\nYou will work in close collaboration with the bid manager, will be the owner of time management topic in the bid team, providing proper time management information to support decision making to reach expected bid deliverables.\nWe’ll look to you to:\nAnalyze bid documentation to understand schedule management requirements, including schedule structure, reporting constraints, and contractual requirements.\nSet a timeline for bid preparation and ensure its adherence until the bid submission.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate inputs and define project schedule interfaces.\nContribute to formulating the project execution strategy and formalize the schedule key assumptions.\nOrganize and lead the bid schedule development based on contract requirements, subsystem commitments, gap analysis, and the bid execution strategy.\nFacilitate ALSTOM tooling available for bids\nOrganize and lead regular scheduling meetings.\nIdentify the project schedule's critical path and risks, proposing optimization and mitigation actions.\nHighlight differences between expectation, the feasible project schedule and the to-be offered schedule.\nDraft the bid schedule narrative (internal version).\nEnsure on-time delivery of bid schedule-related deliverables.\nPresent scheduling information during bid gate reviews.\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude, as well as experience.
