You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll spearhead the engineering aspects of our tender processes, ensuring seamless integration and communication with the core tender team and managing internal interfaces. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Product Development and Project Management), oversee the creation of technical documentation for tender submissions, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of analyzing customer requirements, identifying product gaps, and defining strategic solutions to address these challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing technical risks with a robust action plan.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nFunctional management of the engineering team allocated to tenders\n\nManaging technical exchanges with customers and internal stakeholders\n\nBuilding up the engineering proposal, including the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)\n\nEstablishing and validating engineering commitments such as master planning, costing, and risk management\n\nEnsuring alignment with the Site Engineering Director and Bid Manager on engineering assumptions\n\nAdvocating a customer-oriented approach in all technical dealings\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
