You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the Bid Technical Scope to shape the future of rail transportation, ensuring the delivery of accurate and competitive technical proposals that align with our commercial strategy. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Project Engineering, Development Centers), provide engineering estimates and compliance matrices, and much more.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLeading the Bids and delivering engineering estimates, compliance matrices, and technical proposals,\n\nProviding the estimate of engineering effort needed for each tender preparation,\n\nCollaborating with Engineering Leadership to manage the allocation of the technical team in line with the bid needs,\n\nAnalyzing potential gaps between customer specifications and standard solutions with the support of System Architect(s),\n\nCoordinating the bid's technical strategy with both internal and external stakeholders,\n\nSupporting the Bid Manager during negotiations with the Customer, identifying any technical changes during that phase,\n\nDemonstrating Technical Leadership, Scope Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Configuration Control and Change Management, Planning and Scheduling, and System Deployment.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
