You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in developing and executing country-specific sourcing strategies for indirect categories, ensuring alignment with global commodity strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (finance, legal, operations, project teams, and more), manage supplier relationships, and ensure effective procurement strategies that drive cost savings and support organizational objectives.\nYou’ll specifically take care of sourcing strategies for categories such as Real Estate, Office Interiors, Civil Construction, Production Consumables, MRO, and Capex items, but also focus on supplier management and process improvements.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDeveloping and implementing sourcing strategies for various indirect categories.\n\nConducting market research to identify potential suppliers and benchmark pricing.\n\nManaging the procurement process from requisition to supplier selection.\n\nBuilding and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, and compliance.\n\nAnalyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and monitoring procurement performance metrics.\n\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to procurement.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
