Youll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.\nYoull play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Cairo Monorails system. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (from maintenance staff to operations supervisors) manage critical system operations and respond to real-time challenges to ensure passenger safety and service continuity.\nYoull specifically take care of overseeing mainline depot and ICS (Integrated Control System) operations but also contribute to emergency management and fault recovery strategies.\nWell look to you for:\nSupervising and coordinating schedule regulations to meet operational objectives.\n\nManaging mainline and depot access train movements and service build-ups/reductions.\n\nImplementing Work Authorization Procedures for mainline and depot territories.\n\nMonitoring CCTV systems and managing radio communications for field and maintenance staff deployment.\n\nResponding to and managing emergencies and fault recovery strategies.\n\nOverseeing ICS operations including power isolation alarm response and remote device control.\n\nCoordinating with emergency services and ensuring effective communication during emergencies.\n\nMaintaining surveillance of system security and monitoring for unusual activities.\n\nProviding passenger announcements and ensuring smooth station operations.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
