You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in managing resources and leading the technical execution of control architecture specification, development, and validation within the rolling stock scope. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including vehicle engineering, software development, and testing teams), ensure compliance with processes and methodologies, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of overseeing sub-system functional integration and vehicle and sub-system software specification, but also lead verification and testing activities.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nMaintaining team capacity within ±10% of the projected workload\n\nEnsuring adequate staffing and skill alignment for project needs\n\nEnsuring effective application of tools and standard processes\n\nGuaranteeing zero missing Return on Experience (REX) between projects\n\nDeploying and applying domain-specific processes, methodologies, and tools\n\nSupporting the development of competencies and technical leadership within the team\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
