You’ll work alongside professional and dedicated teammates in Sofia, reporting to Svetoslav and working closely with the Bucharest Fleet Support Centre team.\nYou'll Manage / be part of the task’s execution within the Fleet Support Centre, looking for the improvement of the reliability of the fleet, its Total Cost of Ownership and ensuring the accomplishment of the different KPIs and quality requirements established by the Board and the maintenance plans\nWe’ll look to you for:\nAssures the technical support to the projects.\n\nProposes innovative solutions and implements Services solutions in the maintenance projects.\n\nAnalyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.\n\nSearches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).\n\nAnalyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.\n\nAnalyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).\n\nSupport technically drivers and station located personnel.\n\nSupport technically depot personnel in order to reduce repairing times.\n\nLogs, events and incidences analysis to define/coordinate corrective actions to take.\n\nCreation of different reports (contractual/technical. Etc.) in order to explain incidents.\n\nCreation of analytics reports using available tools (Tableau, …).\n\nSupport the improvement of the diagnosis tool (HealthHub).\n\nCooperate in the in the organization of the corrective maintenance both in depot and the stations.\n\nCreation and management of the different fleet retrofits in order to improve the reliability.\n\nCooperation in the implementation and development of new tools to monitor new subsystems and improve the effectiveness of the tasks done in the depot.\n\nVerify the correct execution of the maintenance plan, proposing improvements.\n\nTest different elect mechanical components.\n\nUpdate KPIs.\n\nNotify incidents that are likely to lead to Safety issues in the fleet.\n\nQuality, Environment, Safety and Health normative accomplishment.\n\nManages and develops the Fleet Support Centre team\n\nTakes responsibility for QCD targets and deliverables of the Centre\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
