Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including transferring of srk systems’ knowledge to the client and preparation of materials and training classes at the client's location or online. You’ll also Continuous improvement based on Alstom needs.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nTaking care of training models, updating them to requirements\nOrganizing your own training trips in the country\nCorrespondence with Customer\nParticipating in R&D meetings\nTraining scope: railway control device, traffic management systems (hardware, software)\nConducting training related to operation, maintenance and support for traffic dispatcher during the launch of station\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nHigher education degree required; degree in engineering or related field highly recommended\nProven experience in designing and delivering training programs for different audiences\n\nExperience and understanding of field of railway traffic control - an additional advantage\nValid category B driving licence\nReadiness for weekly training trips throughout Poland and Europe, and occasionally other region of the world\nFluency in Polish is a must, English - min. C1\nFlexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment\n\nStrong change management mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.\n\nYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
