You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of software architects, API architects, and other talented professionals.\nYou'll play a key role in shaping the infrastructure design, configuration, and operation of our Data Platform, contributing to innovative solutions that drive the future of mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., railway system architects, data scientists, data engineers), provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless DevOps processes for both on-premise and cloud environments.\nYou’ll specifically take care of preparing product technical designs and architecture, as well as optimizing release management processes, but also mentor team members and support the adoption of best practices across the organization.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nPreparing and reviewing product technical design and architecture\n\nLeading the entire DevOps lifecycle, including code integration, release management, and deployment environments\n\nTroubleshooting and providing technical support to product users\n\nMentoring team members and promoting the adoption of innovative cloud techniques\n\nCreating and managing a cloud strategy (Azure and on-premise) and its adaptation process\n\nStandardizing software development release management processes\n\nWriting and maintaining technical documentation, including release and upgrade processes\n\nProviding guidance to data platform users on container-based application development and deployment\n\nAnalyzing technical choices with data-backed decisions aligned to product strategy\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related engineering fields\n\n14+ years of experience in IT and/or digital companies\n\nOutstanding technical leadership with hands-on experience in DevOps configuration and deployment\n\nExpertise in Ansible, Terraform, and Python\n\nExperience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to create reusable components\n\nKnowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (mandatory), with experience in developing Helm charts and Kubernetes operators\n\nExperience with Azure cloud provisioning, deployment, and troubleshooting\n\nFamiliarity with platform security best practices, networking concepts, and cloud technologies\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills for designing and troubleshooting distributed systems\n\nExperience with tools like Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio Code\n\nPrevious experience as a platform or solution architect is a plus\n\nFamiliarity with SUSE Harvester/Openshift and AKS (mandatory)\n\nThings you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
