You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our DevOps ecosystem. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, define enterprise DevOps frameworks, and ensure scalability and operational excellence in all DevOps practices.\nYou’ll specifically take care of designing and implementing scalable DevOps solutions for VMware and Suse Harvester virtualized environments, but also providing technical leadership and mentorship to guide teams in implementing architectural principles.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nArchitecting and governing the enterprise DevOps framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.\n\nDefining reference architectures for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.\n\nEstablishing DevOps standards and policies for branching strategies, version control, and deployment workflows.\n\nConducting strategic assessments of current infrastructure and recommending modernization roadmaps.\n\nEvaluating emerging technologies and tools, driving innovation and adoption across teams.\n\nCollaborating with solution architects and security teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and scalability.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
