You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.\nYou'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems and processes are efficient, robust, and reliable. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (software developers, project managers, and quality assurance specialists), design and implement CI/CD pipelines, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of automation testing processes and DevOps infrastructure setup, but also contribute to enhancing software quality and ensuring seamless integration and deployment workflows.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDeveloping and maintaining automation testing frameworks using Robot Framework with Python\n\nPerforming various testing methods, including Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Exploratory Testing, and Robustness Testing\n\nWriting Test Cases using Test Case Design Techniques\n\nEnsuring effective Validation and Verification processes\n\nCreating and managing V&V documentation, such as Functional Test Specifications, Requirement Traceability Matrices, User Manuals, and Release Notes\n\nDeveloping and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n\n5+ years of experience in Automation Testing (Robot Framework with Python)\n\n3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related field\n\nProficiency in Linux, Shell Script, Python, and Git\n\nUnderstanding of Validation and Verification processes\n\nFamiliarity with automated document generation using Python or other frameworks\n\nBasic knowledge of embedded systems and networking\n\nExperience with Agile Development processes\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nProactive, solution-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments\n\nUnderstanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a plus\n\nExperience in software design and programming is a plus\n\nThings you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
