You’ll contribute to real-world delivery, and grow your skills across Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and systems administration. Day to day, you’ll collaborate with engineering, IT, and project stakeholders to support reliable, scalable environments.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nContribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell under guidance from senior engineers\nHelp maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab (writing/adjusting jobs, troubleshooting builds, managing runners)\nFollow established branching strategies and help maintain repositories (merge requests, reviews, resolving basic conflicts)\nAssist with provisioning and configuration management across Linux and Windows environments\nSupport virtualization tasks in VMware and Suse Harvester (creating VMs, templates, and images)\nAutomate routine tasks using Bash and/or PowerShell; create simple scripts and runbooks\nMonitor environments, respond to alerts, and perform routine maintenance and patching\nParticipate in deployments and release activities, ensuring changes follow defined processes\nContribute to documentation (SOPs, runbooks, topology, and pipeline docs)\nResearch and trial new tools or approaches on small proof-of-concept tasks, sharing findings with the team\nCollaborate closely with teammates, escalate issues appropriately, and participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement\nAll About you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill.
