You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and supportive teammates.\nYou'll play a key role in ensuring the consistency, compatibility, and reliability of our systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Development, Validation & Verification, Solution, and Project teams), define system architecture, and address cybersecurity needs, among other responsibilities.\nYou’ll specifically take care of designing and verifying system requirements and architecture through modeling and simulation, but also supporting cross-functional teams in technical design meetings.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nConducting design reviews with key stakeholders\n\nEnsuring consistency and compatibility between all sub-system specifications\n\nDefining system architecture, operational modes, and functionalities\n\nAddressing and designing cybersecurity needs for the system\n\nVerifying system requirements and architecture design through modeling, simulation, and other verification means\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and processes\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering - IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent\n\n4 to 8 years of experience in software design, development, and validation\n\nStrong technical knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Linux\n\nExperience in deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes clusters\n\nProficiency in configuring and maintaining Kubernetes resources and managing Ansible playbooks\n\nAbility to monitor application performance using tools like Grafana and Prometheus\n\nFamiliarity with network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to influence and guide in a matrix organization\n\nProficiency in technical writing and documentation\n\nExperience in automation scripting and test environment setup\n\nThings you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
