You’ll work alongside collaborative and supportive teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of project documentation, contributing to the success of key milestones and the overall efficiency of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, technical teams, and external partners), ensure compliance with documentation standards, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of document control processes and tools, but also ensure timely delivery of documentation to customers and stakeholders.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nApplying the rules defined in the Documentation Management Process and the project Documentation Management Plan (DMP)\nControlling documentation formal homogeneity, including templates, references, and versions\nAssigning references to documentation and ensuring proper electronic file identification\nEnsuring all technical and management documentation is properly recorded in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)\nPreparing and recording document submissions to customers/partners\nMonitoring validation workflows and ensuring compliance with project commitments\nProviding documentation reporting and indicators\nManaging the storage and archiving of project documentation\nSuggesting improvements to processes and organization\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
