You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.\nYour Role, Your Impact\nLead project-level Environmental, Health, and Safety strategies to create risk-free working environments.\nSupport Project Management in achieving EHS performance\nEnsure EHS Risk Assessment is done & appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Project and Projects.\nPrepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Project level. Ensure it is done at Project level.\nMake sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas.\nHas full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in immediate high risk to People or the Environment.\nAssist, coach and assess the EHS teams in the project and projects.\nInvolve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHS\nSupport EHS project staffing delivers EHS support during project execution and perform audit of EHS plan implementation during the execution phases of projects managed from the Project.\nEnsure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP), Transport Operational Performance in Environment (TOPE), and Alstom Key processes) are deployed at Project level.\nMonitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements & propose actions to correct any gap\nMaintain appropriate records and documentation of the Project.\nMonitor historical pollution & associated risks\nBuild the project EHS communication plan\nPrepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR and a local EHS communication plan. \nEnsure that Accidents/Incidents are first prevented, and when occurring, reported, recorded, investigated and analyzed. Establish and communicate REX reports in case of severe or potentially severe accidents. \nPrepare and submit monthly EHS reports. Feed EHS reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements.
