You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our people and contractors while minimizing environmental impact. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and more), oversee risk assessments, and implement emergency plans, among other responsibilities.\nYou’ll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with Alstom’s EHS standards and tools, but also monitor and mitigate risks related to historical pollution.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nSupporting Project Management in achieving EHS performance goals\n\nEnsuring EHS risk assessments are conducted and appropriate measures are implemented\n\nPreparing, implementing, and maintaining emergency plans at the project level\n\nMonitoring and managing subcontractor activities to ensure EHS compliance\n\nAssisting, coaching, and assessing EHS teams in projects\n\nCommunicating with social and medical partners about EHS matters\n\nDeploying Alstom EHS standards and tools, such as the Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP) and Transport Operational Performance in Environment (TOPE)\n\nEnsuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements\n\nMaintaining appropriate records and documentation\n\nPreparing and implementing EHS training and communication plans\n\nInvestigating and analyzing accidents/incidents and sharing lessons learned\n\nSubmitting monthly EHS reports and ensuring data quality\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
