You'll report to the Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work alongside proactive and agile teammates.\nYou'll lead the Electrical Process & Methods team, drive industrialization activities, ensure robust electrical manufacturing processes and support operational excellence across the site.\nWe're looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong electrical manufacturing expertise with a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will be expected to drive change, challenge existing practices, inspire teams and actively contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of Villeneuve's industrial performance.\nYou'll specifically take care of electrical manufacturing engineering activities, including wiring harness manufacturing, electrical integration, crimping, shielding, grounding, special processes and industrial performance.\nWe'll look to you for:\nManage and develop the Electrical Process & Manufacturing Engineering team.\nDeploy electrical manufacturing standards, methods and industrialization processes.\nEnsure robustness of cabling, harness manufacturing, electrical integration and testing activities.\nSupport production through technical expertise, problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure qualification and compliance of electrical special processes and associated documentation.\nDrive productivity, quality, safety and delivery performance through APSYS, QRQC and Lean methodologies.\nAll about you\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nProven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or Industrialization.\nExperience managing technical teams in an industrial environment.\nStrong expertise in electrical manufacturing, wiring harnesses, crimping technologies, connectors, shielding and grounding techniques.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, QRQC, PFMEA and continuous improvement methodologies.\nProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and initiate actions.\nDynamic and inspiring leader capable of creating momentum and engagement within teams.\nStrong ownership, accountability and results-oriented mindset.\nAbility to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable improvements.\nForce of proposal, bringing innovative and pragmatic solutions to industrial challenges.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industrial environment.\nKnowledge of Quality, EHS and railway industry requirements is highly desirable.\nFluent in English.
