Every day more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\nObjectives:\n- Ensure the maintenance and good condition of the buildings and equipment of the offices.\n- Supervise the execution of the different Facilities Management contracts.\n- Monitoring soft facilities for all buildings and sites including housekeeping buffet supplies and office boys \nMeasurement:\nGeneral performance indicators are:\n- Respect for the different Facilities Management Budgets.\n- Respect for the deadline of needed services.\n- Provide the needed monthly reports. \n- Respect for the preventive maintenance plan.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems. (e.g. Electricity Plumbing AC Carpentry Fire Fighting Dispenser sterilization alarms)\nSet KPI and SLA for all suppliers.\nCheck rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.\nOrganize and supervision for any new head office refurbishment or move.\nManag restocking office and kitchen supplies.\nDesign and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.\nMonitor proper waste disposal and recycling.\nMonitor to fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.\nCoordinate office and parking space allocation.\nTrack of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.\nSupport the Sourcing team in evaluating new vendors for facility services.\nMaintain an updated record of invoices from external partners. (e.g. suppliers insurance agents security guards)\nResearch new services and appliances to facilitate operations.\nEnsure compliance with Alstom Environmental Health and Safety policies & procedures.\nFollow the buffet and office supplies collection for all Projects offices.\nCreate and submit the monthly report of consumptions maintenance logs function expenses etc.\nCreate PRs & GRs.\nCreate tracking sheets for all facilities maintenance and buffet supplies.\nOffices quarterly inspection.\nYou dont need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
