As Finance Tender Manager, you will act as a key financial partner to Tender and Bid teams, contributing actively to the development of competitive, compliant, and financially sound tender solutions.\nYou will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Tender, and Project functions, and will play a critical role in tender financial structuring, risk management, governance, and decision support, in an environment characterized by tight deadlines and high financial exposure.\nKey Responsibilities \nTender Financial Management\nSupport and challenge Tender teams to build financially robust and competitive solutions\nDevelop and analyze cost models, forecasts, cash flow, margins, and risk & opportunity registers\nContribute actively throughout the full tender lifecycle up to submission\nGovernance & Compliance\nPrepare financial inputs for tender reviews (BOR, Gate reviews, CPRs)\nEnsure compliance with financial governance, reporting standards, and approval processes\nSupport CPR0 in coordination with FPM and Cost Manager, ensuring data accuracy and traceability\nFinancial Data & Tools\nProvide functional support on enterprise tender and project tools (costing, forecasting, risk)\nEnsure consistency, reliability, and quality of financial data across the tender lifecycle\nRisk & Decision Support\nIdentify, quantify, and challenge financial risks and opportunities\nDeliver structured financial analysis to support decision making\nContribute to commercial and financial negotiations\nTender to Project Transition\nSupport smooth transition from tender to execution with operational and project teams\nEnsure financial assumptions and commitments are clearly transferred and understood\nAll About You\nMandatory :\nBachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance, economic, business administration or another relevant field.\nFluent in French and English.\nMinimum 2 years experience in :Railroad industry\n\nMinimum 2 years experience in :Finance\nSAP, Excel and other MS Office tools or similar\n\n2 years of experience in :Financial strategy development\nRisk and opportunity management\nFinance management within a tendering or project environment\nExperience in complex, multi-stakeholder, industrial contexts\nStrong knowledge with finance processes and tools\n\nYou have 2 years of experience in :Strong analytical and data interpretation skills\nExperience in a fast-paced environment\nRespect of tight deadlines\nWorking under pressure\nHigh sense of responsibility and initiative\n\nGood to have :\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities\nAdaptability and a continuous learning mindset\nFamiliarities with IFRS accounting rules\nThings You’ll Enjoy\nWorking on strategic tenders with real business impact\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams\nDeveloping deep expertise in tender finance and governance\nContributing to innovative and sustainable mobility projects\nGrowing your career within a global organization\nBenefiting from Alstom’s strong learning culture, competitive reward package, and social coverage\nWorking Conditions: \nBase salary : Between CAD$ 105 000 and 115 000 (negotiable, based on experience)\nLocation: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nJob Type: Full-time Permanent (40 hours per week)\nHealth benefits: dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits\nFinancial benefits: group insurance, life insurance, registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs)\nLong-term benefits: long-term disability benefits, maternity and parental benefits\nOther benefits: paid time off (personal and/or volunteer days), travel insurance, free parking available, on-site amenities, short-term incentive, annual salary review.\nKnowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers.
