You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.\nYou’ll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our projects by optimizing financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall performance of the project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Tax and Customs, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Operations), provide financial insights to stakeholders, and support the project team in achieving targets and mitigating risks.\nYou’ll specifically take care of financial performance analysis, compliance with financial regulations, and strategic financial planning, but also contribute to negotiations and risk management.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nParticipating in the overall Project Management process jointly with the Project Manager.\n\nOptimizing financial aspects of the project, including tax, hedging, and financing strategies.\n\nProviding financial advice and tutoring to the project team, fostering a culture of business agility and awareness.\n\nEnsuring compliance with finance rules during project reviews and execution.\n\nControlling financial performance, proposing corrective actions, and raising \"Early Warnings\" when necessary.\n\nChallenging and approving project financials, including cash flow and competitiveness.\n\nMonitoring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.\n\nCollaborating with internal teams (e.g., legal, operational excellence) and external financial players.\n\nSupporting negotiations to secure project success and contributing to claim management processes.\n\nEnsuring timely billing, managing costs and revenue, and optimizing working capital and cash flow.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
