Based in Southport, QLD, this is a critical leadership role where you will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performing team culture, and ensure our fleet consistently delivers safe, reliable, and efficient services for the community. Reporting to the Services Director - QLD, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational management of fleet engineering, maintenance performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to optimise fleet availability, manage risk and compliance obligations, and champion innovation to enhance operational outcomes. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business, customers, and industry partners, you will develop team capability, strengthen engineering and maintenance practices, and deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions that support long-term contract success.
