Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, act as a trusted advisor on HR matters, and much more.\nWe’ll look to you for:Being proximate to the business - both line managers and employees, in order to understand their issues and prepare HR actions to address them\nUnderstanding and prioritising business needs, and translating them into HR actions and delivery\nImplementing Corporate HR strategy\nEnsuring that all policies and rules are followed according to the Delegation of Authority\nAdvicing, support and influencing management on all HR related issues, policies and processes.\nDeploing ALPS, and assure sustainability of accuracy of data, developing and using metrics to measure HR performances\nAssuring good Industrial Relations with unions and social partners in the site\nSupervising local HR to deliver day to day operational support (People process, data accuracy, EHS policy)\nBuilding managers’ ownership of the management of their people, including coaching at a senior level;\nImplementing the Alstom performance management system;\nPreparing & managing the annual People Review, including development plans and ensure feedback to individuals;\nDefining and implementing the development activities appropriate to each individual, training programs, and measure their efficiency;\n\nWhat you bring\nWe value passion and attitude, we’ve listed some skills that we think will help you to be succesfull in this role:\nUniversity degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science or economy\n5 years HR experience in a similar environment\nGeneralist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice\nInfluence and resilience within a matrix organization structure\nProfessional expertise in employment law issues, redundancies, payroll and employee relations\nFluent in the English and Polish language, written and spoken\nYour competencies and skills:advanced organisational skills\nExcellent communication skills with transparency, influencing and persuasion skills\nBusiness acumen, being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important\nConfident and at ease sharing opinions and expertise\nIntercultural awareness\nCollaboration & Teamwork\nAble to handle crucial conversation\nSense of urgency\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)\nAbility to manage time and projects effectively. \n\nWhat we offer\nJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
