You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented team.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing IAM strategies, ensuring compliance with security policies, and driving operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, IS&T, and business representatives), lead IAM workshops, and contribute to the governance and lifecycle management of users' accounts and identities.\nYou’ll specifically take care of designing and implementing IAM mechanisms and tools, but also driving critical incident resolutions and managing IAM operations.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLeading IAM workshops on both functional and technical design\n\nMaintaining and improving IAM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and processes\n\nContributing to IAM standards and security policies\n\nDriving governance of identities and accesses\n\nPerforming technical reviews and impact assessments for changes and new requirements\n\nManaging dashboards and reporting for leadership\n\nSupporting critical incidents and ensuring timely resolutions\n\nEnsuring critical applications are well-integrated with IAM controls and governance\n\nLeading the implementation of new security solutions like B2B Operations and B2B SSO\n\nProviding expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and IAM platforms such as Saviynt\n\nTroubleshooting and managing issues related to identities, authentication/authorization, and access permissions\n\nContributing to the security aspects of IT projects, including risk analysis and compliance assurance\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field\n\n8-10 years of relevant IAM Security Operation and governance experience\n\nExperience with IAM solutions like Saviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure, or other IAG solutions\n\nKnowledge of Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust)\n\nUnderstanding of IAM architecture and security patterns\n\nFamiliarity with technologies like API, AD, LDAP, and SQL\n\nA professional certification such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, GIAC, or CISM\n\nExperience with ISO 27002 and ISO 27005 standards\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work in a global, dynamic environment\n\nDemonstrated drive for continuous learning and teamwork\n\nAbility to analyze risks and design appropriate IAM security patterns\n\nThings you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
