You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team of 20+ talented professionals.\nYou'll lead the Interiors Engineering team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions for our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as project management, procurement, and quality assurance), manage resources to meet project demands, and foster the development of your team members’ competencies.\nYou’ll specifically take care of managing the Quality, Cost, and Time (QCD) of engineering deliverables, but also ensure the application of engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nLeading the Interiors Engineering team to ensure seamless execution of engineering development projects.\n\nManaging the team’s performance by developing competencies and allocating resources effectively.\n\nEnsuring proper collaboration with other métiers and departments for successful project execution.\n\nOverseeing staffing and recruiting engineering talent to support ongoing and new projects.\n\nApplying and adhering to the People Management Cycle within the defined timelines.\n\nEnsuring the application of engineering rules, processes, and tools to achieve project objectives.\n\nPreparing and documenting design reviews as per project schedules and addressing key actions.\n\nSupporting the team in resolving complex, multi-domain issues involving internal and external stakeholders.\n\nDeveloping and implementing Make or Buy strategies for engineering activities.\n\nReporting progress on engineering activities and proactively addressing capacity, skills, or technical challenges.\n\nCollaborating with the interior platform engineering team to drive continuous improvement and leverage lessons learned.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
