You will take the lead of one of our projects, part of the Collaborative Innovation Programme. You will work as an Intrapreneur in order to turn this innovation project into a valuable business for Alstom. Supported by the Innovation Coach, you will investigate key development steps of the project such as: Customer Desirability, Technical Feasibility, Market Accessibility, in line with global Alstom strategy.\nWe will look to you for:\nDevelop the project within the Collaborative Innovation Programme until implementation within Alstom or spin-out.\n\nPut in place the appropriate agreement in case of the involvement of a third party.\n\nCreate and manage a team to develop the project.\n\nParticipate fully to the program workshops, coaching and training.\n\nCommunicate regularly with Collaborative Innovation Programme Management.\n\nMonitor the budget of your project which is validated by the Collaborative Innovation Programme Manager.\n\nSet up & activate the appropriate communication plan.\n\nEnsure internal buy-in of the project.\n\nMaximize value creation for Alstom.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
