You’ll work alongside dynamic, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between Alstom and its vendors, ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across IT Operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT Operations, ServiceNow development teams, and other Business Units), monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and governance frameworks, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of project coordination and stakeholder management, but also support change management and communication plans for project rollouts.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nCollaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables\n\nTracking project progress, timelines, and budgets using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)\n\nAnalyzing project data and generating reports to support decision-making and performance tracking\n\nIdentifying risks and issues, and assisting in developing mitigation strategies\n\nFacilitating meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items\n\nCoordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
