You’ll work alongside a dedicated and innovative team of professionals.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and supporting the delivery of world-class mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Product Development, Production, and Quality Assurance), define and deploy industrialization standards and methodologies, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of managing and developing your team’s skills and ensuring the successful industrialization of projects, but also support production activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDefining and updating function procedures, ways of working, and methodologies, aligned with central PME guidelines\n\nEnsuring team staffing aligns with project workloads\n\nBuilding induction and training programs for newcomers\n\nMaintaining the team’s skills matrix and developing annual training plans\n\nDeploying industrialization standards, methodologies, and IS tools (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES)\n\nIncreasing the maturity of the team using the APSYS roadmap\n\nSupporting product/project industrialization activities and ensuring deliverables are accurate and of high quality\n\nEnsuring adherence to EHS, ergonomics, and special process requirements\n\nProviding production support, including for first articles manufacturing and onsite/offshore activities\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:\nTechnical education background\n\nFluency in English (read, written, spoken)\n\n8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the railway, automobile, or aerospace industries\n\nTechnical expertise in process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, and BOM creation\n\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up\n\nKnowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)\n\nFamiliarity with quality standards, EHS, ergonomics, and process methodologies like Process FMEA, QRQC, and 8D\n\nStrong leadership, team collaboration, and communication skills\n\nA commitment to conscientiousness and delivering on promises\n\nThings you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
