Youll work alongside collaborative detail-oriented and innovative teammates.\nYoull ensure product and service quality compliance according to customer and internal specifications. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as the NCR team manufacturing teams and the Project Quality Manager) manage non-conformities and support continuous improvement initiatives and much more.\nWell look to you for:\nManaging non-conformities by supporting the NCR team to complete characterization until closure using problem-solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC 8D).\n\nParticipating in customer inspections and ensuring compliance with requirements.\n\nManaging and performing daily Operational Audits\nPerforming or participating in inspections of products when required.\n\nDeploying the Return of Experience Process to ensure continuous improvement.\n\nCollaborating with the Project Quality & Safety Manager to maintain compliance with Alstom Management Systems and Quality and Railway Safety documentation.\n\nFollowing up on Quality ObjectivesandSupport the Quality Manager in reporting quality KPI identifying improvement opportunities\n\nManaging incoming inspections including performing inspections according to the Incoming Control Plan documenting results and addressing non-conformities.\n\nEnsuring the use of calibrated equipment and instrumentation during inspections.\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
