You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful mobilization of new Operations & Maintenance contracts, from planning to execution. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, finance, engineering, HR, communication and IT), engage with external stakeholders, and oversee readiness assessments, ensuring all prerequisites for Day 1 operations are met.\nYou’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining the Mobilization Plan, including milestones and critical paths, but also coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training plans.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDeveloping and maintaining the Mobilization Plan, including milestones, deliverables, and critical paths\nCoordinating all workstreams involved in project mobilization\nMonitoring progress, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans\nLeading readiness assessments to ensure operational readiness\nOverseeing deployment of operational procedures, rulebooks, and work instructions\nCoordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training plans\nEnsuring deployment of ERP, digital tools, and information systems\nInterfacing with customers, partners, authorities, and internal functions\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
