You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.\nYou'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and materials that are essential for Alstom’s projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality), monitor supplier performance, and contribute to risk management strategies, and much more.\nYou’ll specifically take care of managing supplier portfolios and ensuring the accuracy of material planning data, but also collaborate on supplier performance improvement plans.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nExpressing delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools\n\nMonitoring supplier performance KPIs and proposing action plans for improvement\n\nEnsuring the accuracy of material planning data and ERP settings\n\nAnalyzing supplier confirmations and mitigating risks to production timelines\n\nMaintaining delivery schedules and tracking missing parts until availability\n\nResolving goods receipt issues and ensuring non-conformance replacements\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
