From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.\nEvery day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.\nWe are looking for an Maintenance Engineer for our Service Engineering team, maybe it's you?\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nMaintenance Engineeris an Engineer responsible for carrying out the duties of execution Service Engineering activities related to Rotating and Electrical equipments.\nReport hierarchically to Maintennace Engineering Manager.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nManages the technical performances of the locomotives equipments and provide Rex to relevant Services Platform.\nOptimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.\nSupports cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial.\nDetects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.\nAssures the update of the technical documentation of the projects.\nSupports the Product Safety management system ensuring safety risks are mitigated in a timely manner.\nCaptures and ensures ownership of regulations and standards to be applied.\nInterfaces with the stakeholders in the Certification processes.\nAnalyses the technical performances of the Rotating Machines and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.\nDevelops standardized tools/processes improving efficiency in maintenance activities.\nAssures efficient parts codification in line with Platform rules: materials identification, codification process, interfaces with Alstom systems, quality and normative requirements.\nDevelopment of LCC model by sub-system and reporting\nProposes actions to optimize Maintenance plans and LCC.\nSearches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations & Industrial Engineers (depot/workshop support).\nPromotes the use of latest maintenance technics and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean).\nAnalyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.\nCalculates material, parts and time consumption.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering/Electrical Engineering\nMinimum of 1 years of Engineering experience\nTECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nStrong communication English, Kazakh and Russian (English written, verbal and presentation skills);\nHighly Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously;\nComputer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.\nThings you’ll enjoy\nJoin us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
