You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.\nYou'll play a critical role in shaping our network ecosystem, ensuring its security, scalability, and efficiency to meet the demands of a global organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., IT system administrators, security analysts, application developers, and business stakeholders), lead incident responses for security breaches, and develop comprehensive network architecture plans, among other responsibilities.\nYou’ll specifically take care of designing secure network architectures and implementing robust security solutions, but also ensure compliance with industry regulations and optimize network performance.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nRequired Technical Skills\nDeveloping and implementing network architecture plans for LANs, WANs, SDWAN, and Zero Trust Access (ZTNA).\n\nDesigning and deploying security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data loss prevention tools.\n\nDefining and enforcing security policies, including data encryption and user authentication protocols.\n\nMonitoring network performance and optimizing for stability and availability.\n\nLeading incident response efforts and mitigating network security breaches.\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business needs.\n\nDriving continuous improvement in network operations and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.\n\nService Portfolio & Technology Roadmap\nDefine and maintain the network and security technology roadmap.\n\nResearch emerging technologies and enrich the service catalog through:\nNew service introductions\nSecurity service modernization\nNetwork transformation initiatives\n\nProvide strategic recommendations for technology adoption aligned with business objectives.\n\nDevelop reusable architecture patterns and standards for future deployments.\n\nProgram & Delivery Support\nWork closely with Program Managers (PMs) and project delivery teams to:\nValidate solution designs\nMitigate technical risks\nEnsure architecture compliance\nSupport project execution\n\nProvide architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle from inception to production deployment.\n\nParticipate in customer and executive design reviews.\n\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong presentation and facilitation capabilities.\nAbility to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple and business-friendly manner.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to influence architecture decisions across multiple teams.\nStrong documentation and governance skills.\nExperience working in global and cross-functional environments.\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
